Blenners Transport is seeking a Part-time Payroll Specialist to join our finance team at the Tully depot. This role manages end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional support for staff in a fast-paced transport environment. Why Join Us? Updating and maintaining payroll records. Liaising with staff on payroll related queries. Prepare and review daily payroll reports. Review, edit and import face scanner timesheets into Meridian. Prepare and lodge various reports according to accounting and legislative requirements. Calculate and process payroll adjustments, terminations and complete ad-hoc payments. Interpret employment contracts, policies, awards and relevant Fair Work provisions. Ensure employee records such as deductions, leave entitlements, severance are kept accurate and up to date. Role Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Intermediate or above Microsoft excel skills (must include formulas and report formatting). Modern award knowledge will be highly regarded. Micropay Payroll System and high-volume payroll experience will be an advantage.
