Australian Paddlesteamers Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Vessel Master up to 45m to join our team in Echuca, Victoria. This full-time role will see you leading the operation of our historic paddlesteamer/s, ensuring safe and enjoyable voyages for our passengers. What you''ll be doing Navigating and manoeuvring paddlesteamer vessels up to 45 metres in length Involved in all aspects of vessel operations, including maintenance, crew management and passenger safety Ensuring compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and company policies Providing exceptional customer service to passengers Maintaining detailed logbooks and records Collaborating with the broader operations team to continually improve processes and efficiencies Working either on our Overnight vessel and/or our Daily operations.
