Were looking for a versatile and highly organised HR Generalist to support our day-to-day HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment and selection, HR administration, and payroll support. This role is ideal for someone detailoriented, proactive, and eager to make a positive impact while supporting a growing and dynamic business. Some interstate travel may be required for this role. Your Impact Support HR Operations: Manage daily HR administrative tasks, documentation, onboarding coordination, and employee file maintenance. Recruitment & Selection: Coordinate the endtoend hiring processjob ads, screening, interviews, reference checks, and communicationto ensure a smooth and professional experience. Payroll Support: Conduct routine payroll checks, validate timesheets and allowances, and liaise with the payroll team to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare Presentations & Reports: Assist leaders by preparing clear and wellstructured PowerPoint presentations, workforce updates, and basic HR reports. Enhance the Employee Experience: Support engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication initiatives across sites. Assist with HR Processes: Help maintain and improve HR workflows such as onboarding, probation reviews, training coordination, and policy updates. Partner with Leaders: Provide practical, peoplefirst support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent HR practices. Ensure Compliance: Support accurate application of policies, Awards, EBAs, and employment legislation. Systems & Administration: Maintain HR systems, support digital recordkeeping, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Flexibility & Collaboration: Be available for occasional interstate travel to support teams and site leaders. What Youll Bring 23 years experience in HR or People & Culture (HR Admin or Coordinator stepping up will also be considered). Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail. Experience with recruitment coordination and HR administration. Confidence working with data, payroll checks, and document accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prepare clear, professional presentations and reports. Good understanding of Australian employment legislation (NES, Awards and/or EBA exposure). Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment. A genuine interest in supporting people, improving processes, and contributing to a positive culture.
