What Youll Be Doing Be the first point of contact answer calls and manage emails with professionalism and care. Schedule jobs and support our team of field technicians. Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in-person. Completing quoting, invoicing, and general admin tasks. Support key client accounts and help keep our operations on track. Assist with business reporting and performance tracking. What Youll Bring A professional phone manner and positive attitude. Confidence with Microsoft Office and digital systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Great time management youre organised and efficient. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive, cando mindset you like solving problems and keeping things moving. Bonus Points For Experience in fire, electrical, or safety compliance industries.
