About the Role Youll oversee multiple commercial electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients and our business. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Managing project delivery, timelines, and budgets Leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships Overseeing contract administration and approvals Managing procurement, materials, and supply chain requirements Handling Supply Authority connections and alterations Monitoring progress and reporting to the Operations Manager Driving continuous improvement, safety, and quality standards About You Youll bring either: Proven project management experience in the electrical or construction sector OR A strong electrical trade background with leadership experience and the drive to step into project management. Youll also have: Excellent organisation and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability A proactive, team-focused approach Commitment to quality, safety, and WHS standards Were open to supporting the right candidate with mentoring and professional development to grow into the role.
