About the Role With work location in Somersby on the Central Coast, we seek a sharp, resilient, and experienced professional to join our fastpaced, highvolume customer service department in the role of Customer Service Team Leader. This is a pivotal role within the department and a key contributor to the overall success of the Company. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Manage the completions department. Ensure team morale, engagement, and productivity are high, as well as the health and wellbeing of each team member, to sustain the critical work they perform. Review and improve existing systems and processes to ensure the customer experience is exceptional. Ensure effective and efficient operations of the team. Ensure all critical complaints and customers are treated with priority with Team Leader pushing job through the system. Review aged jobs in the system, addressing with other areas of the business if needed and assisting the team to work through to close off within KPIs. Attend to all escalated requests promptly, liaising professionally with internal and external contacts to ensure the customers kitchen and/or wardrobe is completed within satisfactory timeframes. What makes you perfect? Prior Customer Service Management experience in a supervisory/team leader capacity Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Demonstrated experience resolving customer enquiries and complaints predominantly in a call centre or service centre environment Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences Numerate, adept with data handling, sound analytical skills, enjoys solving problems and finding solutions Has proven resilient in fastpaced and highdemand environments. High learning agility. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills Shows genuine care and empathy when dealing with customer complaints Can manage multiple priorities and deliver on all of them Ability to read kitchen or building plans in desirable but not essential What will we offer you?
