As a Triage Nurse in our Virtual Health team, you''ll provide clinical advice and support to individuals across Australia. You''ll assess their needs, offer health information, and refer them to appropriate providersall from the comfort of your home. Hours and FTE Requirements Work from anywhere in Australia, including regional and rural areas. Parttime (22.5hrs) to fulltime (37.5hrs) fixedterm contract until30June2027, with potential for extension. Roster: You must be available to work between7:00AM and2:00AM, Monday to Sunday (including public holidays), and complete at least one weekend shift per fortnight. You will work on a fixed, twoweek rotating roster. Training & Start Dates Comprehensive fulltime paid virtual training (9:00am5:00pmAEST, 7 days). Training commences on your first day of employment based on the available start dates. Full availability for training is required. No planned leave is taken within the first three months of employment (ideal). Discuss any planned leave with us during screening. WorkfromHome Setup Private home office with a closable door. Fast and reliable internet: minimum50Mbps download /20Mbps upload. Ability to multitask listening, typing, and navigating online resources. Full technology suite provided (computer, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, ethernet cable). About You Compassionate communicator with a strong clinical background and a drive to deliver exceptional service. Registered Nurse (Division1) with minimum3years recent clinical experience within the last5years. Current AHPRA registration with no notations. Experience in areas such as A&E, Paediatrics, Community Care, or Acute Medical/Surgical. Strong assessment skills and ability to work autonomously. Excellent verbal and written communication. Comfortable using digital systems and multitasking in a fastpaced environment. Availability for weekend and night shifts. Experience in virtual communication (video/audio conferencing, chat).
