Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement 2024-2028 (YP3-YP9) Up to 160 hours per fortnight Full Time, Part Time, Permanent Echuca Regional Health proudly serves the Shire of Campaspe and Murray River Council communities, with Echuca and Moama located side by side on the banks of the Murray River. About the Role: Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to join Nurse Pool at Echuca Regional Health. This role offers valuable career development and the opportunity to expand your clinical experience whilst working across a variety of departments. Key responsibilities include: Practice within a professional, ethical and evidence-based nursing framework in accordance with legislation affecting nursing practice and health care Actively participate in quality improvement activities including assessment of processes and patient outcomes, identification of patient risks and improvement opportunities, planning and implementing change Ensure knowledge and skills remain current through attendance at regular education and training sessions and through reference to changes in policy, practice and guidelines Maintain core clinical competence specific to the area of clinical practice relevant to the role Actively participate in in-house education and training programs Qualifications/experience required: Current AHPRA Registration Minimum of 12 months Post Graduate Experience or equivalent Why Work at ERH?
