About the Role We are seeking a motivated Transport Coordinator to join the operations team in Wingfield. You will oversee the daily operations of our delivery and transport division, including fleet allocation, scheduling, route planning, and driver communication. This handson role requires problem solving, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize in a fastpaced environment. You will work with both internal staff and subcontracted drivers to ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed on time and meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Oversee transportation operations and coordinate the movement of the fleet, including subcontractors Schedule and route planning to meet customer and resource requirements Maintain effective communication with drivers and internal teams Monitor transport operations to ensure ontime delivery and pickup completion Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and safety standardsResource planning and forecasting to optimise fleet utilisation Check containers for quality and grading About YouWe are looking for someone with experience in transport or logistics, or someone eager to build a career in the industry. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will be confident working with scheduling software and computer systems, and be proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes. Knowledge of NHVR is highly regarded but not essential, and formal CoR qualifications are not required. Why This Opportunity?
