As part of the growing Australian Turf group, we supply major councils, landscapers, civil contractors and residential customers across SEQ. Were now looking for a driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team and keep up with the demand of one of the busiest turf farms in Queensland. About the Role This is a fast-moving, phone-based sales role where youll be the first point of contact for customers ordering turf. Youll handle a high volume of inbound enquiries, quote quickly and accurately, and work closely with logistics and harvest teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. If you enjoy a busy day, tight turnarounds, and helping customers get what they needthis role is for you. What Youll Be Doing Answer and manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries Quote customers quickly and accurately using our systems Process orders, delivery requests, and basic scheduling updates Provide product guidance and pricing information Work closely with logistics to ensure jobs are confirmed and communicated Maintain clean, accurate data in CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems Support the sales team during peak periods About You Are confident on the phone and enjoy fast-paced customer service Can handle pressure, multitask, and stay organised Have experience in inbound sales, administration, customer service, or callcentre roles Are reliable, positive, and a strong communicator Can work well with operations, logistics, and dispatch teams Are comfortable learning new systems quickly Turf or construction knowledge is helpful but not essential well train you.
