In this Role, youll Become a Road Safety Hero that is held in very high esteem in our communities and vital to the safety of our kids, parents, teachers, and local motorists. Shifts at Manly Village Public School fall between the school zone hours of 8:159:30AM and 3:004:00PM, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon. School crossings require 22.5 hours of supervising per fortnight. You will receive an hourly rate along with superannuation, and you will also be compensated during school holidays from Terms1 to3. About you Youre a communityminded person who would like to contribute. Youd get a kick out of making community relationships, keeping kids safe while earning a weekly wage for doing something you love and enjoy. Youre reliable and prepared to show up for your community in good or bad weather. Youll display effective communication skills and be alert to potential dangers. As youll be working with children on our roads, your willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital. Dont worry if you havent done this before we will help you through the process! If you already have a Working with Children Check, thats fantastic as that will speed up the process. Job location and working conditions This is an inperson, onsite role. Recruitment Timeline Applications close 11:59pm on Sunday 12th October 2025.
