Job Highlights Work for a global explosives company committed to your development Develop your supervisory skillset while honing your MPU skills Perm, full-time role | 8/6 day shift only roster | FIFO ex Perth | Camp About the role Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a Senior MPU Operator / Step-Up Supervisor (known internally as Leading Hand) to join our close-knit team of 2 at our Karara mine site. You will be responsible for safe and efficient operations of the MPU while supporting daily site operations. Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will provide direct support, ensuring production, safety, and compliance requirements are met. In the Site Supervisors absence, you will assume full supervisory responsibilities, maintaining operational continuity and adherence to site standards. About the site & our service Karara Mine is an iron ore mine, located in the Mid-West region of WA 320km north-northeast of Perth. We provide a down-the-hole service to the open cut operations.
