Administration Officer - Extracurricular Bundaberg Christian College (BCC) is a thriving independent school, providing Christ-centred education from Early Learning (15 months) through to Year 12. Established for 30 years, the College is experiencing strong growth and is seeking a dedicated Administration Officer Extracurricular to join our team. About the role Reporting to the EA to Principal, this parttime, termtime role provides essential administrative support for the Colleges extracurricular programs and events. You will work closely with program leaders to coordinate activities, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication with staff, students, and parents. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and values being part of a Christcentred community. Key responsibilities Extracurricular support Assist Sports, GATEway, Instrumental Music, HoofnHook, Chaplaincy, and Library programs. Events & excursions Create events in TASS, manage risk documentation, coordinate bookings, and draft parent communications. General administration Prepare forms and documents in Word and Canva, manage virtual debating bookings, order branded clothing, and maintain SharePoint records. Selection criteria Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva Attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality Professional presentation and time management skills Eligibility for a Working with Children Blue Card Applicants who demonstrate an active Biblical faith that aligns with the College''s Statement of Faith, currently being expressed in a Christian Church, are invited to apply.
