We are launching a new resort in Burpengary, Moreton Bay and are seeking an experienced Commercial Site Manager to oversee the construction of highend resort facilities. About the Role Oversee the construction of multiple resort commercial structures Manage project delivery within timeframes, budget, and safety regulations Supervise daytoday site activity and provide leadership to all trades Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure high standards of quality Collaborate with the residential site team for shared success Maintain safety compliance and conduct regular site safety assessments What Youll Bring Demonstrated experience managing commercial builds (ideally within resort, hospitality or communitystyle developments) QBCC Open Builders Licence or relevant qualification Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, timelines and compliance Proven experience managing trades, suppliers and site crews Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Confident decisionmaker with strong leadership qualities Familiarity with construction software Trade background highly desirable Why Join Living Gems?
