The Opportunity: We are looking for passionate & experienced Hospitality Professionals to primarily support our F&B Management Team in driving service efficiency and providing supervisory support in our iconic waterfront restaurant, Boilerhouse. Working alongside some of the most creative and respected Hotel and Hospitality names in the industry, these roles form part of our Food and Beverage Department that is ideas driven, ever evolving and guest experience focused. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Support the F&B Management Team in overseeing operations at Boilerhouse Restaurant, ensuring smooth service and alignment with business needs. Assist in the operation of Views Restaurant, C&E, and Wharf Caf as needed. Assist with daily opening and closing of F&B outlets. Supervise staff and lead service operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Ensure exceptional customer service, guest satisfaction, and timely service delivery. Ensure accurate revenue accounting and complete cash/charge summaries. Support service planning and ensure tasks are completed on time. Conduct staff briefings and communicate operational updates. Support training to ensure staff adherence to service standards. Complete post-shift reports for review and improvement. Qualifications & Skills Proven service experience in premium dining settings; hotel experience a plus. Proven ability to independently lead F&B services, managing operations and driving team performance. Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced team environments. Passion for food and quality dining experiences. Professional, personable, and positive with excellent communication skills. Able to multi-task and adapt to varied shifts (mid-week, weekends, day/evening). The physicality to move across a large site. High attention to detail with strong cleaning and service standards. Valid RSA and Food Handler certifications required.
