About Us From 1 January 2026, Sunbury and Cobaw Community Health and Nexus Primary Health will merge to form Omnia Community Health a unified, not-for-profit organisation delivering inclusive, person-centred care across the Hume, Macedon Ranges, Mitchell, Murrindindi and Strathbogie regions. Were seeking a proactive People & Culture Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and help build a strong, values-driven workplace during this exciting transformation. About the Role As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with our leaders & staff to provide expert HR advice and drive initiatives that support staff wellbeing, organisational culture, and compliance. Key responsibilities include: Delivering HR and IR advice on recruitment, performance, and change processes. Championing culture, wellbeing, and reward & recognition programs. Supporting payroll, return-to-work programs, and HRIS implementation. Contributing to policy development, audits, and continuous improvement. About You The ideal candidate will have: HR expertise with strong knowledge of employment law and enterprise agreements. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
