The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a handson, creative and organised professional. You will oversee endtoend event planning, manage hospitality operations and ensure the highest service standards across all functions and cellar door restaurant. Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of events from concept to completion Manage hospitality operations, including staff rostering, training and performance Work closely with clients to understand requirements and exceed expectations Oversee budgets, supplier relationships and contract negotiations Ensure compliance with safety, licensing and company policies Continuously improve processes to enhance guest experience and overall efficiency Represent the brand professionally at all times Deliver outstanding customer service and attention to detail across all hospitality About You Proven experience in event management and hospitality operations Strong leadership and teambuilding skills Excellent communication, negotiation and clientfacing ability Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends when required RSA or relevant industry certifications (advantageous) Basic wine knowledge or willingness to learn Current RSA and RP certificate essential Why Longview?
