Randstad is seeking a highly skilled Plant Operator to join our Client in a dynamic team in our Wingfield Location. The Role: As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various heavy machinery, with a primary focus on Front-End Loaders and Excavators. Key Responsibilities: Operate Front-End Loaders for moving, loading, and stockpiling materials (e.g., aggregate, soil, waste). Operate Excavators for material handling as required. Conduct pre-start and post-operation checks, routine maintenance, and minor fault-finding on assigned equipment. Adhere strictly to all site safety procedures, company policies, and relevant legislation. Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Current and valid Front-End Loader (or equivalent) Licence/Certification. Current and valid Excavator (or equivalent) Licence/Certification. A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test and Police check What We Offer: A competitive hourly rate based on experience.
