Centre Overview A New Beginning in Moe Journey Early Learning Moe is opening soon, and you have the rare opportunity to join us as part of the foundational team. Our purposebuilt centre has been thoughtfully designed to welcome 96 children across five beautiful rooms not all at once, but gradually and intentionally. We will grow steadily over time to ensure children, families and educators feel supported, safe and genuinely connected from the very beginning. Each environment has been curated to feel warm, homelike and nurturing, with natural textures, calm spaces and opportunities that support emotional, social and cognitive development. About the Role Were seeking a warm, inclusive and passionate Inclusion Support Specialist to support our Four to FiveYearOld room on a permanent parttime basis (MondayFriday). Preferred hours are 10am6pm, though we are flexible for the right person. As part of the foundational team, you will help create an inclusive learning environment that adapts and evolves as the centre grows. You Will Build strong, meaningful relationships with every child Support inclusive, developmentally responsive learning experiences Collaborate closely with educators as new families join the centre Help create a community of belonging as enrollments grow Key Responsibilities Maintain high standards of health, safety and safeguarding Provide a nonjudgemental, caring and supportive environment Facilitate meaningful, inclusive learning experiences Observe and reflect on childrens strengths and developmental needs Contribute to inclusive, flexible program planning Work collaboratively within a reflective teaching team About You You are a compassionate, creative and inclusive educator who is energised by being part of a centre from the very beginning. You thrive on supporting children to feel safe, confident and fully engaged.
