About Our Role Reporting to the Senior Pricing Specialist (or Rates Supremo) and working closely with the GTO and Labour Hire teams, youll use your strong understanding of Modern Awards and interpretation of Enterprise Agreements to extract, interpret and prepare job rates and clients quotes. Youll ensure the integrity of commercial contract terms associated with price quotes and exercise delegations for approval for Price Change Requests/Variation for client negotiations/deals. In addition, you will import approved pricing data into master records using RatesCalc and FastTrack 360/WorkforceOne and assist with translating Modern Award/EA entitlements into timesheet technical interpretations. You will provide pricing/rate advice to internal stakeholders, including responding to ad hoc queries and ensure compliance with standards. The role will also assist with reporting, process improvement, and testing new pricing options. About the Successful Candidate To be successful in this role, you will be degree qualified in either Business, Accounting or similar. You will have intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. You will be a strong communicator, possessing the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment whilst still maintaining high levels of customer service. Above all, you must be comfortable in interpreting Modern Awards/Enterprise Agreements and have a good understanding of rates. Experience with RatesCalc, FastTrack 360/Workforce One or payroll award interpreters would be highly beneficial.
