We are working with a small and friendly local business with a relaxed vibe, and were looking for a confident, people-focused all-rounder to join them in a combined Sales and Administration role. If you like chatting to customers, keeping things organised and being the steady pair of hands in a busy little office, youll fit right in. What youll be doing Youll be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, both online and in person, and youll help guide people through their purchase or service needs in a warm, low-pressure way. Day to day, youll also support the team with: Answering phone, website and email enquiries Assisting walk-in customers Preparing quotes and invoices Managing payments Organising deliveries and pickups After-sales support Liaising with the workshop Maintaining stock sheets and customer records General admin tasks Reporting to finance Who were looking for Someone organised, upbeat and ready to pitch in where needed. Youll enjoy talking to people and building easy rapport, especially with their regular customer base.
