What Youll Be Doing Lead the daytoday operations of the studio Deliver exceptional Mat & Reformer Pilates classes Drive member acquisition, sales and retention Manage, mentor and inspire a team of instructors Oversee rostering, scheduling and studio administration Create a studio environment that is welcoming, polished and communitydriven Ensure every member receives an outstanding experience from first visit to longterm membership You are: Certified in Mat & Reformer Pilates (essential) Experienced in studio management or leadership (fitness or wellness industry preferred) Salesdriven, targetfocused and motivated by growth Highly organised with strong communication + people skills Passionate about wellness, movement and elevating client experience Confident, solutionfocused and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment A natural leader who loves building culture and community Benefits Competitive salary + performance bonuses Work alongside a supportive ownership team Be part of a rapidly expanding brand with strong career pathways
