About the Role Were looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Floor Supervisor to join our team in the Nanya Bistro @ Hotel Renmark. This handson leadership role oversees daily floor operations, coordinates service, and ensures every guest enjoys a professional, friendly, and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities Determine daily work requirements, allocate duties, and supervise staff. Maintain high levels of customer service and respond to guest feedback. Ensure compliance with venue policies, regulations, and workplace health and safety procedures. Train, mentor, and support team members during service. Manage guest flow, section allocations, and waitlists. Lead by example and hold staff accountable to service and presentation standards. Maintain a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification. Assist with opening and closing duties and maintain clean, wellpresented service areas. About You Proven hospitality leadership or supervisory experience. Strong communication and problemsolving skills. Calm, organised, and professional under pressure. Detailoriented, with a focus on service excellence and team performance. Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
