Junior Problem Solver / Client Support School Leavers Finished school and not sure that uni is the right next step? You are not alone. Our platform runs the day-to-day operations of specialist medical practices across the country. We are looking for a Junior Problem Solver to join our client support team. We do not expect you to have work experience in healthcare or software. We care about how you think, how you learn, and how you treat people. What you will be doing Learning how the Xestro platform fits together. Answering calls and emails from medical practices. Asking clear questions to understand what is actually going wrong. Working through problems logically and documenting what you find. Helping new practices as they get started with Xestro. Contributing ideas to improve our processes and training materials. It will be a steep learning curve in the first few months. You will be tired at the end of the day. That is normal. It also means you are learning quickly. Structured training and close support from experienced team members. A clear pathway into areas such as onboarding, training, product operations, or quality assurance. A serious, professional environment that will look very good on your CV, even if you later decide to study. A team that values your input and expects you to think for yourself.
