As the leader of the pack, you''ll keep things running smoothly, from making sure customers leave with big smiles to guiding an awesome team. Drive and maintain venue cleanliness standards, and keep everything running efficiently. Day to day inventory management and stock control. Ensure health & safety standards are met and maintain a safe work environment. Hire, train, develop and motivate a team. Manage KPIs including Labour and COGs. Responsible for venue P&L management. What were looking for: Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR experience = bonus!) A people person who can bring out the best in their team and customers A go-getter with a positive, can do attitude Experience in creating rosters, managing KPI''s and developing a team Organised, proactive, and always up for the challenge!
