About the Role Youll be the first human touchpoint for business owners whove engaged with EBS, from lead entry through to conversion. This is not a sit-back-and-wait role; its for the hunter who thrives on momentum, loves building relationships fast and can confidently guide ambitious business owners through a meaningful sales journey. Your days will blend phone calls and Zoom sessions with some in-person meetings. Youll ask insightful questions that uncover whats really holding a business back and align EBSs coaching programs to those underlying needs. We focus on helping prospects see the gap between where they are and where they want to be and giving them the clarity and courage to act. What Youll Do 1 Problem centric discovery to help convert strategic sales for qualified prospects 2 Close transactional sales for entry level offering Manage and convert inbound and nurtured leads through a consultative, curiosity-driven sales process. Proactively pursue new opportunities; networking, calling and following up with energy and purpose. Conduct structured sales meetings to diagnose business needs and present tailored solutions. Collaborate with our marketing and coaching teams to ensure prospects experience seamless transitions. Track and optimise your performance using CRM data and feedback loops precision matters here.
