Permanent Full Time | 40 Hours per week with a monthly ADO About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced First Nations Health Advisor to join our team at Grampians Health! As an expert in First Nations Health, you will provide advice to executive and clinical teams, and build strong relationships with First Nations communities as you lead strategic cultural initiatives, and support culturally safe, accessible, and personcentred care across our region. Key Responsibilities Provide expert cultural advice to leadership and clinical teams Lead development and implementation of First Nations strategic action plans Promote access to Grampians Health services for First Nations communities Chair and coordinate committees and projects focused on First Nations health outcomes Foster cultural competency and continuous learning across the organisation Act as a key mentor and contact for First Nations staff members Skills & Experience Bachelor''s degree in health or related field (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, Management, Social Sciences, or Public Health) Demonstrated leadership experience in First Nations health services Cultural competency and strategic advisory experience, including policy development and planning Identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person Current Victorian Driver''s License To see a full copy of the Position Description please click here.
