The Role We are seeking compassionate, skilled, and team-oriented Enrolled Nurses to join our multidisciplinary team at West Coast District Hospital, providing care across: Emergency First Response Care Sub-Acute Inpatient services Residential aged care home As an Enrolled Nurse, you will: Deliver evidenced based care in accordance with the nursing care plan under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse/midwife. Contribute to the development of patient/client nursing care plans, the evaluation of care and healthcare information in collaboration with the registered nurse/midwife. Participate in decision making with the multidisciplinary team to achieve planned patient outcomes. Assist in the collection of comprehensive clinical data from the patient/client and/or family. Provide information to the patient/client and/or family in accordance with the nursing care plan. Details of appointment Permanent, full time and part time, shift worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight. Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies. Salary $70,980 to $78,179 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount. Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmania State Service) Agreement 2023. In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available: Post Graduate Allowance of up to 7.5% based on qualification type Salary Packaging Youll have access to salary package a range of benefits including up to $9,010 for living expenses + $2,650 for meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
