We are seeking a motivated, creative, and highly organized Social Media & Office Manager to join our team fulltime. This dual role is ideal for someone who loves engaging online audiences while keeping daytoday operations running smoothly. About the Role Be responsible for managing James Yeates social media presence along with multiple clients, creating engaging content, and maintaining a polished, consistent brand voiceall while supporting the team with essential office administration duties. Youll be the first point of contact for clients visiting our Sale office and will work closely with our Bairnsdale print production team to service clients throughout the Wellington region. Social Media Responsibilities Plan, create, and schedule content across all social media platforms Develop social media campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness Capture photos and videos inhouse as needed Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions Monitor analytics and provide monthly performance reports Stay up to date with digital trends and best practices Office Management Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations, phones, and email enquiries Maintain office supplies, inventory, and general organisation Assist with bookings, scheduling, and staff support Prepare documents, forms, and basic reporting Coordinate meetings and occasional events Assist management with administrative tasks as needed Take commercial printing design briefs and work with our commercial design team to complete print jobs Visit client and potential clients on and offsite About You Creative thinker with a passion for social media and printing Strong communication and writing skills Highly organized with excellent time management Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Friendly, professional, and confident interacting with clients and staff Able to work independently as well as part of a team Skills & Experience Experience managing social media platforms for a business, qualification preferred Ability to create reels, stories, video content, and graphics Design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut and video editing) Prior administrative or office management experience preferred Strong computer and tech literacy What We Offer Fulltime stable hours (MonFri, 9am5pm) Supportive, welcoming team environment Opportunities to grow your skills Competitive salary based on experience A varied role where no two days are the same How to Apply Please send your resume and examples of your social media/content work to:*****@jamesyeates.com.au #J-18808-Ljbffr
