Overview We are working with a worldclass, hightech glasshouse facility based in Tongala to find a Maintenance Manager. This business is a climatecontrolled greenhouse packed with advanced automation and postharvest tech such as harvest robotics, sophisticated heating systems, water management systems and fully automated crop handling gear. Responsibilities Take the reins on all maintenance across the entire site, from the packhouse to heating systems, graders, fans and everything in between. Oversee the maintenance team, leading from the front and keeping everything ticking along like a welloiled machine. Manage the maintenance schedule for everything on site, ensure parts are stocked and ready through the inhouse inventory system and keep downtime to an absolute minimum. Play a key role in WHS, project planning and work with other departments to meet their needs. Be proactive, stay ahead of problems and run a tight ship. Qualifications & Skills Background in auto electrics with experience diagnosing faults, understanding control systems and logical problem solving. Good communicator who builds relationships and gets stuck into problem solving with the team. Practical, peopleoriented and does not mind rolling up sleeves when needed. Project management skills. Motivated, curious, and organized with an eye for order.
