Position Summary You will lead sales activities for solid tumor oncology across central Taiwan. You will build strong relationships with hospital specialists and healthcare teams. You will work with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to translate science and data into clear, patient-focused action. We value empathy, curiosity and teamwork. Responsibilities Build and maintain trusted relationships with oncologists, multidisciplinary teams and hospital decision makers. Deliver clear, compliant scientific and clinical information that supports patient care and clinical decision making. Develop and execute territory plans to meet agreed objectives and drive sustainable growth. Use data and insights to prioritise actions and shape local engagement strategies. Work closely with crossfunctional partners to design and deliver coordinated, patientfocused solutions. Monitor the local healthcare environment and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks. Basic Qualification Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of field sales experience in oncology or related therapeutic area. Proven ability to engage and influence hospitalbased clinicians and stakeholders. Strong communication skills in Mandarin; businesslevel English is preferred. Full driving licence and ability to travel regularly within central Taiwan. Comfortable working onsite with a hybrid element for crossfunctional collaboration. Preferred Qualification 5+ years of oncology sales experience focused on solid tumors. Experience working within hospital formularies, procurement or tender environments. Demonstrated use of data and analytics to shape territory plans. Experience with multichannel engagement including digital customer platforms. Proven track record of working in crossfunctional or matrix teams. Familiarity with local healthcare system and reimbursement landscape. Working style and location This role is based in Taiwan and follows a hybrid working model. You will spend significant time in the field meeting healthcare professionals and collaborating with team members in the local office. Regular travel across your territory is required.
