About the Roles Room Leader: Natural leader with a Diploma or Bachelors qualification to inspire and mentor a team, ensuring highest standards of care and education. You will be instrumental in delivering highquality programs and fostering strong connections with children, families, and fellow educators. Educator: Two passionate and experienced educators with Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelors qualification. Youll bring expertise to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children prosper and grow. What Youll Bring to Our Awesome Team A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQAapproved equivalent). Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards, VEYLF, and National Quality Standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and proactive approach. A current Working with Children Check. Genuine desire to make a difference and contribute to a supportive team. For the Room Leader role: proven ability to lead and mentor.
