About the Role Inspire and guide educators to deliver highquality learning experiences. Lead curriculum planning and documentation to meet regulatory and quality standards. Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Create a welcoming, safe, and stimulating learning environment. Drive continuous improvement and support positive outcomes for all. Collaborate effectively with the wider team and community. Utilise dedicated noncontact time for thoughtful program development. What You''ll Bring An ACECQAapproved Diploma in Early Childhood Education or evidence of working towards it. Valid First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications. A valid Working with Children Check & National Police Check (not more than 6 months old). Full Australian working rights. Strong communication skills & a teamfirst attitude.
