Crowies Paints was established in 1996 and operates a chain of over 30 paint specialist stores in SA, Vic, Queensland and NSW distributing Wattyl paint brands among others. We have a vacancy for the role of Manager at our Tanunda store in Adelaide. About the role We require a bright, ambitious sales professional who has experience working within the paint industry. This position will suit someone seeking a longterm career in a stable and progressive company. The role is predominantly based in our Tanunda store; however the successful applicant must be prepared to work at other stores as required. Duties & Responsibilities The store manager position is responsible for the full operational running of this busy trade and retail paint store. The successful applicant will be flexible, selfmotivated, have high ideals of customer service, and want to join a happy, progressive and successful team. A strong technical knowledge of architectural paint systems will be of considerable value but is not essential. Skills & Experience The Tanunda store is a well established store and requires an energetic manager to continue to grow the store and provide the high level of service to both our trade and retail customers. The successful applicant will be responsible for and expected to actively seek sales and new customers to deliver sales growth. A proven history of achieving sales growth whilst controlling operational expenses will be highly regarded. This is a demanding role and we are seeking a high calibre applicant.
