Join Commonry as a Production Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our Creative Director and Design team throughout the product development and production lifecycle.This role is essential in ensuring our product is delivered on time, meets our high standards, and supports our commercial goals.The RoleAssist in setting seasonal booking deadlines and communicating timelines across departments and suppliersCreate and implement critical paths alongside the design team and suppliersManage weekly production meetings with design and production teamsSupport monthly handovers with suppliers and assist with resolving production issuesCollate and report on costings and first margin data by department and supplierManage the accurate handover of costing documents to the planning teamSupport the design team with costings and supplier negotiationsCollate and track delivery information across departmentsGenerate monthly delivery reports for design, retail, and warehouse teamsSupport the design team in maintaining internal delivery schedulesRaise and manage claims on faulty products with suppliersWork closely with shipping and accounts to resolve claims and finalise faulty stockOn-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.The Perfect FitMinimum 2-3 years experience in a production, development coordinator or planning role within the fashion, apparel, or textile industryA tertiary qualification or equivalent in Fashion, Production Management, Supply Chain or a related field is desirableExperience working across the full product lifecycle, from development through to deliveryFamiliarity with offshore manufacturing processes and working with local and international suppliersExcellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft ExcelConfident communicator with the ability to build effective relationshipsProactive problem solver with a can-do attitude and the ability to work under pressureHigh attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracyAdded BenefitsUp to 50% off new-season Commonry stylesA supportive team culture and environmentGenerous Discounts across all Brandbank brands including Seed Heritage, Unison, allkinds, kikki.K & FINE-DAYOpportunity to work for a uniquely Australian Retail Group with a global visionEmployee Referral Program - be rewarded for referring great new people to our teamHealth and Wellness initiatives with access to Employee Assistance ProgramBrandbank Day - An additional days leave to use however you like - whether its for life admin, cultural celebrations, or simply rechargingYou & Your Mate - Yes, we mean your dog!
