About the Role As a Pastry Chef at Red Cacao, youll work closely with our chocolatiers and kitchen team to produce a range of exquisite pastries, tarts, cakes, and desserts that complement our artisan chocolate range. Youll have creative input into menu development and seasonal specials, ensuring every creation reflects our high standards of quality, flavour, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake pastries, cakes, desserts, and chocolate-based creations. Collaborate on new product development and seasonal menu design. Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and food safety. Manage stock levels, ingredient ordering, and kitchen efficiency. Contribute to a positive, teamoriented kitchen environment. About You Were looking for someone who is: Experienced in a caf, bakery, or finedining pastry environment. Passionate about chocolate and desserts. Creative, reliable, and detailoriented. Able to work independently and as part of a small, friendly team. Experience with chocolate tempering or fine patisserie is highly regarded, but were also open to developing the right person with a strong passion for the craft.
