Location: Shop 1139/297 Diagonal Rd, Oaklands Park SA 5046 Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $77,000 $80,000 + Superannuation Vacancies: 1 Position Available Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair faults in mobile devices, tablets, and related hardware. Perform component-level repairs including screen, motherboard, camera, and battery replacements. Test, assemble, and calibrate electronic components to manufacturer specifications. Maintain accurate repair records and service logs. Handle and manage ESD-sensitive components safely and effectively. Inspect parts, perform soldering or micro-soldering as needed, and verify functionality post-repair. Ensure quality control and adherence to brand and industry standards. Provide clear and friendly customer communication regarding repair outcomes and recommendations. Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant technical workspace. Collaborate with management to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Skills & Experience Certificate IV or Diploma in Electronics, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent). Minimum 1-2 years experience in device repair, maintenance, or electronic hardware service. Strong technical knowledge of mobile and tablet hardware systems. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, soldering stations, and precision instruments. Solid understanding of ESD procedures, repair safety, and fault isolation methods. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management. Customer service mindset with the ability to explain technical information clearly. Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
