You would be selfmotivated and naturally a multitasker, wanting a longterm position in our company. To be successful you will need Proven experience as a Sous Chef Exceptional personal presentation and customer service skills Minimum 3yrs in a similar role in a successful restaurant / pub environment Required certificates relevant to job description Strong Leadership skills Creative mindset Your responsibilities will include Running the day-to-day operations of the kitchen Supporting and managing your kitchen team effectively Maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, presentation, and customer satisfaction Managing seasonal menu changes & daily specials Cohesively working together with the General Manager on brand concept Following food safety procedures, stock rotation, managing wastage / food costs. Managing labor costs Managing all operations in the kitchen, including food preparation, production, and training of all kitchen staff Ensuring efficient, costeffective kitchen operations. Ensuring that food products, presentation, and plating are of the highest quality, and are prepared to serve in a timely manner.
