Tender Mercy Care Pty Ltd is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Melton, Victoria on a part-time basis. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life through personalised rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions. What you''ll be doing Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients'' needs, strengths, and barriers to independence Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address clients'' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs Provide handson therapy sessions, including activities of daily living, mobility training, and cognitivebased interventions Collaborate with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care Maintain detailed client records and documentation to support the delivery of highquality care Participate in ongoing professional development to stay uptodate with the latest evidencebased practices What we''re looking for Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered Occupational Therapist Demonstrated expertise in providing occupationaltherapy services to a diverse range of clients, including those with complex needs Specific experience working with NDIS participants, agedcare clients, and clients with physical disabilities Strong clinical reasoning and problemsolving skills to tailor interventions to individual client needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and the multidisciplinary team Commitment to providing highquality, personcentred care and upholding the values of Tender Mercy Care AHPRA registration Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution Current Australian Driver''s Licence and access to reliable transport for client visits Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid and CPR certification Valid work visa or Australian work rights required What we offer Competitive remuneration Flexible work arrangements to support worklife balance Employee assistance programme and wellness initiatives Supportive and collaborative team environment About us Tender Mercy Care is a small but impactful provider of NDIS and Aged Care services in regional Victoria.
