Youll take pride in ensuring that the store is well stocked and exceptionally presented, as well as welcoming and engaging for our customers.As a Duty Manager you are responsible for the following tasks:Running of the entire store in the absence of the store manager and assistant managerTaking initiative in ensuring that customers are satisfied and employee interactions with customers are positive.Handling cash and end of day checkingDeveloping and coaching your teamTake a one team approach to meet sales targets, cost control and rosteringPresentation, merchandising and stock managementMeet audit and compliance standardsAssist and work alongside the Store and Assistant Manager with all operations of the businessAssist in Storeroom and Delivery dutiesExperience with electronic stock orderingExperience in dealing with company representativesDemonstrated experience in management, employee supervision and rosteringExcellent time management and problem-solving skillsThe salary for this position is higher in the evenings and on weekends as they attract penalty rates.A police check is required for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
