Youll be part of a diverse, supportive team committed to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor wet or dry plant processing equipment safely and efficientlyFollow Standard Work Instructions to ensure consistent performancePerform routine equipment inspections and report any issuesProvide clear and thorough shift handovers and maintain daily reports/logsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performanceIdentify and mitigate hazards promptly to maintain a safe work environmentQualifications and ExperienceExperience operating large-scale wet or dry processing plants (mining experience highly regarded)Strong safety focus and ability to conduct risk assessmentsPrevious exposure to control room operations is advantageousMobile plant operation experience (Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Overhead Crane, Telehandler) desirableExcellent communication skills, including effective two-way radio communicationA valid C Class Drivers LicenceAbout UsBe part of something big.
