We are now looking for a ''creative'' to take the reins and drive the offer and the team throughout our beautiful iconic old pub as Head Chef. As Head Chef you will be at the forefront of delivering great, consistent and delicious food. At present we offer Asian fusion however we are up for a change if thats the way the wind blows. We also have a cafe offering that is open 5 days a week and a cooking school in the pipeline...its built just waiting for sign off. You will manage our amazing kitchen team in a supportive and calm manner. Be a guru at food costings, and work with both the front and back of house to train, nurture and develop the team. We are looking for someone who has: Head Chef or Sous Chef experience in an a busy country tourist environment Strong management skills, and knows how to get the best out of their team Someone all over their COG''s and wage management A natural leader who can work with both front and back-of-house staff.
