About the Role This position involves assisting with general store and lifting duties to support the sales and warehouse team. Lifting and moving paint drums (up to 20L/30kg). Assisting with receiving, unpacking, and replenishing stock. Preparing and picking customer and branch orders. Helping keep the store tidy and organised. Supporting staff as needed with day-to-day operations. This is a 38-hour week, rostered 6:30am 3pm or 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday Saturday shifts on a rostered basis Overtime available when required Pay rate dependent on age and experience, as per the Retail Industry Award Rate Uniforms and ongoing training provided What We''re Looking For A positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual and hard-working Good communication and presentation Physically capable of manual handling and lifting tasks A current driver''s license and reliable transport Australian work rights are required for this position No previous paint or retail experience is required just enthusiasm and a readiness to work in a team environment.
