This role includes:Providing administrative support to dayshift CSOsCoordinating emergency testing requirements out of hoursAttending customer sites across SE Queensland to conduct testing post-incidentManaging confidential information with professionalismWorking autonomously while staying organised and responsive in a fastmoving environmentKey Selection CriteriaPlease address the following in your application:Proficiency in MS Office (Essential)Demonstrated customer service experience, ideally within a servicebased industryExperience handling confidential or sensitive informationStrong organising and scheduling skillsProven ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under time pressureWelldeveloped IT skills, including database management, Outlook, Excel and WordExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWho Were Looking ForYou will thrive in this role if you enjoy administrative work, can work independently, and have a natural ability to prioritise, plan and stay organised.
