Accounts Clerk - Full Time | Join an Innovative, Forward-Thinking Team Were offering an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced and innovative Accounts Clerk to join our energetic and supportive team at Thomas Scaffolding. This role is perfect for someone whos highly organised, detaildriven, and who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Youll support the financial and operational integrity of the business through accurate processing across accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, payroll support, and document control. What Youll Be Doing In this varied role, youll work closely with our Accounts Officer and internal teams (including Project Managers and operations) to ensure our systems and records are accurate, compliant, and up to date. Your responsibilities will include: Accounts Payable & Receivable Bank Reconciliations Payroll Support Superannuation processing Maintaining accurate Records & Documentation Systems & File Management: using tools like MYOB, Google Drive, Dashpivot, and CRM platforms General Admin Support What Youll Bring Were looking for someone who combines strong admin capability with a customerfirst approach and a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality. Youll ideally have: Experience or exposure to accounts payable/receivable and highaccuracy data entry Confidence using accounting/payroll systems (experience with MYOB is highly regarded) Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) and general digital confidence Excellent organisation, time management, and ability to prioritise competing tasks Clear communication skills and a helpful, serviceminded attitude A proactive mindset with willingness to learn and improve systems Why Join Thomas Scaffolding?
