Responsibilities Procure & agree the services of subcontractors Provide clear detailed quantity take offs Assemble accurate and well organised estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Tender Bids, Design-Build and ECI projects. Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and clients Prepare contract budgets Skills & Experience Tertiary Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Construction Law and Order or relevant industry 3+ year industry experience in contract management practices Working knowledge of specific contract laws and building contracts High level computer processing skills in Microsoft Programmes Strong communication, team management and leadership skills Commercial construction experience Benefits Competitive industry salary Collaborative work environment with a focus on teamwork and innovation.
