Main Duties and Responsibilities Driver scheduling routing jobs for drivers as needed, as well as dealing with driver queries and issues Dispatch scanning freight, accounting for freight, providing coverage for dispatch staff when they are on leave All exports console counts physical freight matches the system Export operations creating SLI, preparing labels and export pack for driver as needed Updating packaging database as needed Stock counts Credo packaging preparing and approving Dealing with subcontractors and vendors Airline bookings and other arrangements Oversee emails throughout the day and crosscheck all requests Monitor all jobs daily to ensure TATs and milestones are met Report status of shipments, expected ETAs and any potential delays Coordinate shipments with ops department, agents & other Marken offices as required Track & Trace shipment movements as needed and requested Communicate any issues or delays with client and all concerned parties Provide proof of delivery & temperature results (where applicable) to clients and all concerned parties Desired Candidate Profile Experience in this industry is essential; we offer an extensive onboarding and training program to ensure you will be successful in the role.
