Responsibilities Case management (caseloads are manageable, and our consultants have the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks) Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs Working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and disciplinespecific allied health skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Social Work or Nursing Full Professional Membership with AASW or Full Professional Registration with AHPRA (or eligibility to obtain either) Strong interpersonal skills there is a lot of getting to know your clients and stakeholders! Excellent time management and organizational skills Empathy, paired with genuine compassion and kindness, makes all the difference in this role. Patience and resilience essential for navigating challenges and supporting clients through their recovery journey A current Drivers License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must!
