Salary: AUD30.35 - AUD30.35 per hour + penalty rates + superConcrete Batcher/ Concrete Agitator Driver COROWADrive, Deliver, and Develop with Heidelberg Materials AustraliaWere looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Corowa Concrete Plant in regional NSW, approx. 45 minutes west of Albury. This is a hybrid role where you will be concrete batching and plant operations. Youll also be behind the wheel of a concrete agitator truck, delivering high-quality product to a range of customers when needed offering variety and valuable upskilling.Batching & Plant OperationsSupport the operation of the batch plant when neededAssist in material handling using a front-end loader (training provided if required)Monitor product quality and help manage raw materialsPerform basic maintenance and contribute to plant housekeeping and safetyDriving & DeliverySafely operate a concrete agitator truck to deliver concrete to customersComplete a structured 10-day training program covering agitator operation, slump testing, and safe deliveryDeliver concrete to local construction sites with a strong customer service approachMaintain vehicle cleanliness and complete pre-start checks dailyRepresent Heidelberg Materials professionally at all times on the road and on-siteYoull be a great fit if you:Hold a valid Heavy Rigid (HR) licenceAre keen to get hands-on and learn the batching side of concrete productionHave (or are willing to obtain) a White CardCan commit to a Monday to Friday schedule with rostered Saturday half-days and overtimeEnjoy working in a team and are focused on safety and customer satisfactionAre physically fit and capable of performing manual tasksWhats in it for you:Competitive pay: from $30.35 per hour + penalties + superConsistent hours and local work be home every nightFEL training provided if not already qualifiedJoin a global leader in construction materials with real career pathwaysSupportive team culture and ongoing development opportunitiesHeidelberg Materials Australia is an equal opportunity employer, and we employ people from all walks of life.
