Francas Ristorante is an exciting new culinary destination within the newly redeveloped Bayside Geelong Hotel & Apartments. Our restaurant celebrates the best of regional produce featuring traditional Italian techniquesfrom handmade pastas and sourdough pizzas to housemade sauces and gelato. Be part of a passionate and collaborative kitchen team led by our Executive Chef, with opportunities for growth as we prepare for our flagship restaurants launch in 2026. We aim to be peoples first choice for accommodation in Geelong. We do not take our waterfront location for granted though. Bayside Geelong Hotel & Apartments has now opened its newly built guest rooms, restaurant and bar, conferencing areas, and guest facilities as of October. The completed property offers 110 guest rooms, featuring a mix of 1 and 2bedroom selfcontained and studio apartments, Superior rooms, and an industryleading number of accessible rooms. Guests also enjoy multiple conference and event spaces, an indoor pool, sauna, and fitness centre. The property will boast two restaurants and bars. Francas Ristorante is now open, with the hotels Flagship Restaurant scheduled to launch in September 2026. Were looking for dynamic and careerfocused professionals to join our kitchen team.
